Operating Principle

At this stage, the material is cut, mixed, heated, dried, densified, and temporarily buffered using high-efficiency blades, making it ideal for continuous feeding.

The material is then transferred, in a pre-compacted and heated state, to the tangentially connected extruder screw.

Thanks to the improved screw design, the material is plasticized and homogenized here, and if required by the process, gases are removed through the vacuum zone.

The resulting melt is purified to a high level of purity using a fully automatic, self-cleaning filtration system.

It is then directed to the packaging unit or to the required application equipment.

The system begins with an automatic feeding unit that can be configured according to customer requirements.

The recycling process takes place in a multi-stage pre-conditioning unit (1). At this stage, the material is cut with high-efficiency blades, mixed, heated, dried, densified and temporarily buffered, making it ideal for continuous feeding.

The material is then transferred, in a pre-compacted and pre-heated state, to the tangentially connected extruder screw (2). This configuration ensures a continuous and stable flow. Thanks to the advanced screw design, the material is plasticized and homogenized here, and if required by the process, gases are removed through the vacuum zone (3). The resulting melt is purified to a high degree by a fully automatic and self-cleaning filtration system (4).

It is then directed to the pelletizing unit (5) or to the required application equipment. The rotating blades in the cutting unit enable efficient shredding and drying, particularly for unprinted or lightly printed materials.

Meanwhile, specially designed feeders increase the material density and ensure controlled feeding into the extruder.
