The co-rotating twin-screw extruder provides high mixing quality, homogeneity and efficient degassing. With gravimetric dosing, additives can be introduced in a single step according to the user's formulation, enabling the production of high-performance and consistent granules.

In PP_PE recycling, unwanted odors and volatile substances are removed within the line using steam and a powerful vacuum system. Since filtration and additive dosing are performed on the same line, odor-free, homogeneous and value-added granules are produced in a single process.

Operating Principle

RecoVac

The RecoVac system increases efficiency by integrating plastic recycling and compound production on a single line.

The system receives waste plastics into the extruder feed hopper and plasticizes the material through mechanical movement and heating. During this process, the vacuum system effectively removes air and gases from the material, ensuring the formation of a homogeneous melt.

The recycling line and compounding line continuously exchange data, calculate the melt mass coming from the recycling line, and transfer it to the compounding extruder.

According to user-defined formulations, the required additives are precisely added in proportion to this value using the gravimetric dosing system.

The specially designed co-rotating twin-screw system and vacuum systems provide high mixing quality, homogeneity and degassing efficiency between the additives and molten plastic.

As a result, physically and chemically high-quality, stable and high-performance granules are produced in a single step. This reduces both energy and labor costs while accelerating the production process.
