Backflush Filter
Filtration Technology That Takes Quality to the Next Level with Fine Filtration
"Deep Cleaning with
Backflush Filter"
Backflush filter is an advanced filtration system that cleans dirt, deposits, and particles accumulated on the filter surface during the process using an automatic reverse-flow method.
Thanks to its self-cleaning capability, the production process continues without interruption, and the system operates continuously and stably without removing the filter element.
"Uninterrupted Cleaning Power"
Filter surfaces provide micron-level filtration precision.

Operating Principle
Illustration showing the filtration process while the line is operating: the blue flow with black particles passes through the filter, the black contaminants accumulate on the filter surface after filtration, and a clean blue flow is allowed to pass through.
Illustration showing the Backflush process while the line is operating: by means of backflushing, the filter screen surface is cleaned. The orange flow with black particles discharges the contamination from the filter screen surface, allowing the filter screen to continue being used without removal.
Illustration showing the Backflush process cleaning the filter screen surface by reverse flushing while the line is operating. The discharge of contaminants from the other surfaces of the filter screen is shown with an orange flow.
Provides continuous flow, stable pressure, and reliable process performance.
The Backflush system is automatically activated when a specific pressure differential occurs and reverses the flow direction to discharge particles accumulated on the filter surface.
Since this reverse-flow cleaning process is fully automatic, no manual intervention is required. This allows the process to operate continuously, without clogging, and at optimum efficiency. Its fine filtration capability ensures a high-purity output.
