Operating Principle

The waste material is shredded, mixed, dried, compacted, and heated in a single step within the specially designed pre-treatment unit.

This makes the material ideal for extrusion. After pre-treatment is completed, the material is directed straight to the extruder screw.

Here, while high-efficiency plasticization and homogenization are achieved, the specially integrated dual-stage degassing system effectively removes moisture and volatile gases from the material.

In the following stage, the melt passes through a fully automatic, self-cleaning filtration system and is purified of all contaminants.

Finally, the pellet cutting and drying units prepare the granules in the desired size and form.

The RGT-TW Series brings the entire plastic waste recycling process together in a single line, offering an intelligent system that combines high quality with low energy consumption.

The process begins with a fully automatic feeding system that can be configured according to customer requirements. The waste material is then shredded, mixed, dried, compacted and heated in a single step within the specially designed pre-treatment unit (1). This prepares the material for optimal extrusion conditions (2).

After pre-treatment, the material is fed directly to the extruder screw. Here, high-efficiency plasticization and homogenization take place, while the specially integrated dual-stage degassing system (3) effectively removes moisture and volatile gases from the material.

This results in brighter, more stable and higher-quality granules. In the following stage, the melt passes through a self-cleaning, fully automatic filtration system (4), where contaminants are removed.

Finally, the pellet cutting and drying units (5) prepare the granules in the required size and form.
