This allows the material to be processed with maximum efficiency and minimum operator intervention.

Thanks to the specially designed screw profile and powerful vacuum system, the material is melted and plasticized, while gases within the melt are effectively removed.

Filters selected according to the contamination level purify the melt, enabling the production of high-quality, homogeneous granules.

Finally, the granules are brought to the ideal size through horizontal cutting, vibration and centrifuge systems, dewatered and transferred to the filling station.

All processes are carried out in an integrated manner on a single extruder, ensuring energy efficiency and high capacity.
