Offers a Revolutionary Solution in Plastic Recycling.

The system is designed to perform all processes, such as filtration, degassing and surface expansion through vertical or horizontal flow, on a single extruder screw. This integrated structure eliminates the need for twin extruders while providing low energy consumption, reduced installation costs and compact space utilization.

Thanks to the reverse-flow and directing mechanisms used on the main screw, the molten plastic passes through the filtration elements and flow system, becoming homogeneous, high-quality and pure granules. Additives can optionally be introduced, and the processes can be applied in different sequences, with or without vacuum.

This technology prevents color changes in transparent materials while also providing high efficiency and reliability in the recycling of heavily printed or complex plastic products. By integrating all processes onto a single screw, the machine becomes a more ergonomic solution that requires less maintenance and provides maximum control over production.

Operating Principle

The plastic material is transferred from the feeding unit to the main screw chamber.

It moves along the main screw by means of the drive element.

After filtration, the melt is formed into spaghetti strands using vertical or horizontal strand-forming elements.

Optionally, additives can be dosed onto the main screw.

Thus, homogeneous and high-quality granules are obtained.

The CoreX model is designed to perform all essential plastic recycling processes on a single extruder screw.

The plastic material is transferred from the feeding unit to the main screw chamber (1) and moves along the main screw by means of the drive element. During this process, the molten plastic passes through the central filtration element (2), where impurities are removed.

After filtration, the melt is divided into spaghetti-like filaments (3) using vertical or horizontal flow elements, increasing its surface area; this process minimizes trapped gases and the risk of gel formation. Additives can optionally be dosed onto the main screw (4),

thus ensuring the production of homogeneous and high-quality granules. All processes are carried out synchronously on the same extruder through reverse-flow and directing mechanisms, replacing previous methods that required twin extruders and significantly reducing energy, space and maintenance costs.

This technology ensures reliable, efficient and high-quality production with all recyclable materials, including heavily printed plastics.
