Smartech^® SMT

is an integrated plastic recycling system designed with a shredder and extruder combination. It delivers high efficiency and superior performance in the recycling of industrial production waste.

Thanks to its unique design, bulky and thick plastic waste is first reduced in size in the shredder unit, then transferred to the main extruder screw via the feeding screw and converted into granules in a single step. This Single Step Process simplifies production while providing energy savings.

The raw material is loaded onto the conveyor by the operator, and from this point onward, the entire process is carried out automatically thanks to the system’s Smart Mode technology.

The materials transported to the shredder unit via the conveyor are reduced to suitable sizes and then fed into the extruder. Sensors located between the conveyor, shredder and extruder continuously exchange data, ensuring synchronized operation at optimum speeds and automatically adjusting the system to the most efficient operating program.

Inside the extruder, the plastic is melted, and the gases generated are removed by a powerful vacuum unit. The melt is then purified from contaminants by the continuous filtration system, resulting in highly purified processed plastic.

In the final stage, granules of optimal size are produced using the horizontal cutting system, dewatered through vibrating screening and horizontal centrifuge technology, and then transferred to the filling station.

Thanks to this integrated process, industrial plastic waste is recycled at maximum efficiency with minimum operator intervention.
