Laser Melt Filter
Filtration Technology That Takes Product Quality to the Highest Level
“Next-Generation Solution in Melt Plastic Filtration:
NEO”
Access to the internal structure of the system is quick and easy;
maintenance and cleaning processes can be carried out in a user-friendly manner. The twin-flight discharge screw enables uninterrupted production through continuous and balanced flow, while the integrated vacuum unit effectively removes gases and volatile components. Filter surfaces processed with laser technology provide micron-level filtration precision.
All these features combine to make NEO an economical, sustainable and high-performance filtration solution. With its durable construction and intelligent design, it takes quality in plastic recycling applications to the highest level.
Next-Generation Solution in Melt Plastic Filtration: Neo® Laser Melt Filter
Filter surfaces processed with laser technology provide micron-level filtration precision.

Operating Principle
1
Contaminants accumulated on the filter surface are continuously removed by automatic scraper blades positioned on the front and rear surfaces.
2
It is removed from the filtration line through the twin-flight discharge screw.
3
At the same time, the integrated vacuum unit effectively collects and removes gases and volatile components from the molten plastic; thereby improving product quality and producing a homogeneous, pore-free material.
With its unique engineering design, the "NEO Melt Plastic Filtration System" passes high-viscosity material through two parallel filter elements, effectively separating contaminant particles and gas phases.
Contaminants accumulating on the filter surface are continuously removed by automatic scraper blades positioned on the front and rear surfaces.
They are then discharged from the filtration line through (1) and the twin-flight discharge screw (2).
This mechanism enables the filter to clean itself, minimizing production interruptions.
At the same time, the integrated vacuum unit (3) effectively collects and removes gases and volatile components from the molten plastic;
thereby improving product quality and producing a homogeneous, pore-free material.
