RGT W-SH Model;

is an advanced recycling system in which a shredder, crusher compactor and extruder are integrated into a single line. It delivers high efficiency when processing difficult-to-shred raw materials, ranging from rigid plastic lumps and PP big bags to polyester and PP yarns.

The shredder performs controlled pre-shredding, reducing the material to the optimum size.
The compactor then densifies the shredded material and prepares it for a homogeneous flow. In the final stage, the extruder processes this flow continuously to produce high-quality granules.

Thanks to the smart control system, continuous data transfer takes place between the shredder and the extruder;
thus ensuring a synchronized, energy-efficient and reliable production process. With high capacity and minimum labor requirements, this integrated structure provides a long-term and sustainable solution for challenging waste materials.

Machine efficiency depends on many factors, including motor and filtration design, the moisture and contamination level of the material, and even the feeding method. Therefore, results may vary depending on the application.

Operating Principle

RGT W-SH model offers an integrated recycling solution for materials that are difficult to shred.

The process begins with the shredder; large PP big bags, rigid plastic lumps, or polyester/PP yarns are shredded in a controlled manner and reduced to processable sizes.

The shredded material is then transferred to the compactor; here it is densified to create a homogeneous flow and provide stable feeding to the extruder.

The compaction stage also reduces the moisture content of the material and prepares ideal conditions for extrusion. The material then enters the extruder, where it is completely melted by screw movement and heaters, and passed through melt filters to remove foreign particles.

In the final stage, the purified melt is converted into granules by the pelletizing system, producing high-quality raw material suitable for use in new production processes.

Thanks to this integrated structure, the shredder and extruder continuously exchange data, operate in synchronization, and provide maximum efficiency.
