PVC Profile Lines

On the profile lines, the products from the extruder is ejected from the molds as shaped and them kept subject to calibration an cooling operations on the calibration table. Calibration table on the profile lines can move right-left, back-forth, down-up for making central adjustments. These movements may be performed manually or full automatically as desired. Water and vacuum connections may be increased to the calibrator table depending on type of product. Through vacuum and water valves, the water-cooling systems provide smooth and straight ejection of the profile.
