Double screw extruders working on profile, pipe and granule, including design of screw-bush groups as heart of them, are manufactured in our plant by CNC machines. Screw bus material is German-origin, nitration steel. At request, special armored Co, Mo, Nidolgulu bi-metal system is applied. Extruder reducer is import from Germany or Italy. If requiested, we also manufacture extruder reducers in our plant. On the profile lines, low frequency, high torque AC speed control drivers and new generation square-body AC motors are used. Heat control system is PID controlled and all heaters are ceramic.

Dosing; it feeds synchronously through frequency-controlled inverter with screw revolution.

While extruder, dosing and extruder operate independently on our profile lines, they may also operate synchronously.
