On the plastic recycling line having functional operating systems, the thermoplastic materials such as PP-PE film, small particles etc. are made into granules.

Our recycling systems are designed in line with the customer requirement to make them systems appropriate for their needs. The product supplied to the system is broken down to particles by the shredder machine and than transferred to the feeding system though transfer spiral (broken product around 15-20 MM).The feeding screw is a special one with deep pitch and the extruder presses the broken product to the main screw. The broken product fed in cold is obtained in the desired product quality without previous formation of thermal heat thanks to the specially designed screw. In the head cutting operation, granular particles are obtained in the vertical direction, homogenous and in same sizes with the water cycle.

Drying system is directed in advance by means of Vibration motors in the completely stainless unit and double blades perform centrifuge and water drops on the granule are discharged.
