Our projects contain different types of feedings systems depending on type and size of materials. Feding operation to the extruder is made on the screw pitch freely or from side through screw and pneumatic system.        

In the systems with feeding from side by means of screw, the blocking of the product is prevented by means of mixing blades and the sizes of the feeding system are determined depending on the extruder screw size. Speed adjustment is made with the feeding screw driver and thus the controlled advancing of the machine is provided.

      In the pneumatic systems, the broke products poured into the jaws are supplied to the extruder through double pneumatic mechanism. Stroke distance of the pneumatic mechanism is determined by sensors and back-forth motion is set as time depending on type of the thermoplastic material.
