Manufactured completely on basis of flow technology, this machine is a high capacity granule machine. It presses thermoplastic materials broken from the side or in grain size of about 2-2.5cm, providing fixed flow rate and high efficiency. The gas emitted is discharged by means of vacuum pump. Thus ejection of any hollow granules is prevented. By cutting at the head in the horizontal direction, coupled by water cycle, the adhesion of granules is prevented and cooling is achieved. By means of stainless vibration system, the granule is dried again and taken into the silo.  PP, PE, PS, PA materials are made into granular form.
