As it is known, extruders, that granulate plastic materials, need structurally strong mechanical systems. Our machine take its power from its technical department. It protects itself by all means in case of an emergency. By preventing operator to misuse the equipment in every possible way, problems arising from user errors, that are expensive to solve, are all prohibited.
German certified 1.8550 nitration steel is used on Altech ALG W series recycling machines as screw-bearing material. In some cases, a high performance abrasion protection is provided by fillet welding a special bi-metal over pitch point. Screw and bearing group, which is the heart of the extruders, is all self-contained and manufactured in our integrated facility down to its thermal treatment.
While resistors are made of ceramic, their resistive elements and wire leads are imported from Germany and their life is extended and electrical consumptions reduced to a minimum. Three-Phase bearing fans are used and the system is assembled upon a chassis made of I profiles.
ALG W series recycling machine and its head group are protected from high pressure by using a pressure sensor.
Main engine, feeding engine, blade engine and feeding wing engine have speed control devices. Thus, engine speed can be adjusted to desired values and all of the frequency and revolution values can be observed.
ALG W series manufactured under ALTECH guarantee with capacities from 100 kg/h to 1500 kg/h.
